Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Squares Hardware account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the hardware in its original box, ensuring all screws, brackets, and installation manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
